Privacy policy

We keep only what we need to prepare your reading and run your account, and we never sell it. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address (to sign you in and deliver your books), your name if you give it, and your language.
• Birth details you enter (name, date, time and place of birth; for matching, the second person's too), to calculate the chart and prepare the reading. Please enter another person's details only with their permission.
• Orders and payments: what you ordered, the amount and your invoice details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Palm photos, only for a palmistry reading and only with your consent at checkout.
• Questions you ask your book, and the answers, so you can see them again and so we can check their quality. Questions asked in the "Have a question?" box on the site are kept with a random id from your browser.
• Messages you send us from the Contact page.
• Your city, only if you choose one or agree to share your location: it sets sunrise, Rahu kaal and festival dates for where you are. A shared position is turned into the nearest listed city or rounded to about 10 km; your exact position is never stored.
• Basic visit information: which campaign link brought you, a random visitor id and, with your consent only, anonymous usage analytics. See the Cookie policy.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver what you ordered, keep your account secure, answer your messages, send the emails you chose, meet legal obligations (such as tax invoices) and, with your consent, improve the site. Your birth details are never shown publicly.

Who else handles it

Only the services we need, under contract and only for us: our payment provider (payments and refunds), our email service (sending your emails), our hosting and database providers, and a maps service (to find a place you search for). We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove your profiles, books, questions and messages; we keep invoice and payment records for as long as tax law requires (currently eight years).

Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your details at any time from Account & privacy, or write to us. You can withdraw consent (for example to analytics or offers emails) at any time; it does not affect what was done before. Our services are for adults; a person under 18 may use them only with a parent or guardian.

Security

Your account uses one-time sign-in codes or a password, connections are encrypted, and access to your details within our team is limited to the people who need it.
